AMD’s Ryzen X3D chips are currently the undisputed kings of pure gaming. Their massive 3D V-Cache gives them a massive edge, delivering unmatched frame rates and smoother gameplay in heavy titles. If your absolute top priority is squeezing every bit of performance out of your games, Uhmegle, AMD feels practically unbeatable right now. However, Intel’s versatility shouldn't be dismissed. Intel processors still shine for users who split their time between heavy gaming, video editing, CooMeet, and streaming. Their architecture handles diverse, heavy workloads beautifully, making them the ultimate all-rounder for a multi-purpose desktop.
You do not need to replace your power supply. Your RX 570 and motherboard will run perfectly fine with just the standard 8-pin power cable connected. The extra 4-pin connector is only necessary for extreme CPU overclocking, Uhmegle, which your current setup doesn't require. If you still want to fill that extra slot for peace of mind, you cannot simply "add" a cable to your semi-modular PSU. You would need to replace it with a fully modular power supply that explicitly includes dual CPU (EPS) cables, CooMeet, such as the Corsair RM650x.
