Hotspot disconnected from apex

I have a problem with apex legends, I use the lan of the motherboard to have internet and a separate network card to send the hotspot, when I open apex legends but after a few minutes the hotspot turns off and if I try to turn it back on the PC tells me: (I can't configure the hotspot) and only with apex it does so because I tried with warzone but the hotspot stays on, I tried to update the drivers, format the pc but the problem was not solved.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Hi,

The fact that it only happens with Apex Legends suggests there's something unique about how that game interacts with your network setup.

Apex uses EAC which can interfere with network adapters. Try running Apex as administrator, or temporarily disable the hotspot adapter before launching Apex, then re-enable it after the game fully loads.

The most likely culprit is Easy Anti-Cheat interfering with your network adapter enumeration.
